All loose and honeycomb material shall be removed by chipping. |

The final surface shall be slightly undercut to provide a key for the patch. Feathered edges shall be avoided |

Throughly wet and keep wet the surface of the concrete to be patched for 1 hour. |

Apply a portland cement film on the repair surface. The portland cement shall be of the consistancy of thick paint |

Develop a form system which permits placement from the top of the void with the form extending above the void by at least a few inches. |
| Place concrete, continously rodding to ensure a sound placement. The concrete shall be placed to extend above the void area. |
| Upon initial set, remove the form and chip excess concrete from the repaired surface.

| Apply curing compound or keep wet for designated length of cure time |
